摘  要:惠州市西出口改造工程框架桥下穿京九铁路8股道,具有自重大、顶程长、覆土较薄、地下水丰富、工期紧及施工条件受限等特点,通过比较顶入法、中继间法、对顶法、顶拉法的工艺原理,创新采用中继间法改良的顶拉法施工技术,并经过顶力计算及最不利位置摩阻力验算,对挖土、纠偏等方式进行改进,即反向挖土连续顶进及顶进过程姿态控制保证措施,顺利解决顶进施工难题,并创造良好效益。Huizhou West Exit Reconstruction Frame Bridge,which passes through the 8th track of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway,has such characteristics as heavy own weight,long journey distance,thin soil cover,rich groundwater,tight construction period,and limited construction conditions,etc.By comparing the technical principles of jacking-in method,relay jacking method,jacking-pulling method and so on,a construction technology of jacking-pulling method improved by relay jacking method was innovatively applied.Through calculation of jacking force and friction resistance at the most unfavorable position,this article improved the methods of earth excavation,deviation rectification,etc.,namely,reverse excavation,continuous jacking-in and posture controlling measures in the process of jacking-in,thus successfully solving the difficult construction problem of jacking and creating good benefits.
