摘　　要：柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤源自张仲景《伤寒论》第107条,主治少阳气郁、热扰心神证,具有疏肝解郁、和解少阳、清解表里、通腑泄热、发表散寒、通阳利水、安神定志之功。柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤证病位在少阳半表半里,往来寒热是其证候特点。少阳为人体阴阳升降出入之枢,掌握全身阴阳的消长。邪入少阳,枢机不利,阴阳升降出入失衡,或见形寒怕冷,或见寒热往来。情志病患者出现形寒怕冷,或手足冰冷,或躯体某一局部清冷,又有烘热汗出、烦热不安等阴阳失和表现者,正是柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗情志病的特征性证候。Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri)plus Longgu(Os Draconis)Muli(Concha Ostreae)Decoction is derived from the 107th clause of Zhang Zhongjing's Shang Han Lun.It mainly treats Shaoyang Qi depression and heat disturbing heart-mind syndrome.It has the effects of dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,harmonizing Shaoyang,relieving superficies and clearing interior,clearing the internal organs to release heat,expelling exterior Cold,activating yang to promote diuresis,tranquilizing and sedating the Mind.The syndrome of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction is located in half-superficies and half-interior of Shaoyang,and characteristics by the alternate attacks of chill and fever.Shaoyang is the transport pivot of the body's Yin and Yang,which controls its ebb and flow throughout the body.When pathogens invade Shaoyang,helm disordered,the Yin-yang transport out of balance,the human body either cold and afraid of the coldness,or under alternate attacks of chill and fever.Patients with mental diseases who appear a cold body and afraid of cold,or have cold hands and feet,or a part of the body is cold,but have symptoms of Yin-yang disorders such as hot and sweating,irritability and restlessness,are the characteristic syndromes of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction being used in mental diseases treatment.
