川藏铁路道岔关键技术的研究

摘　　要：针对川藏铁路复杂环境及线路条件下道岔的应用状况,从道岔结构设计和制造方面对关键技术进行研究,如延长关键零部件服役寿命,加强扣件稳定性,优化工电接口,减少道岔日常养护维修量等,以适应复杂的川藏铁路应用条件,确保道岔安全可靠,并能降低道岔维护人员的劳动强度。Aiming at the application status of turnouts under the complex environment and line conditions of Sichuan-Tibet Railway,it is necessary to study key technologies from the aspect of structuraldesign and manufacturing of turnout,such as extending the service life of key components,strengthening the stability of fasteners,optimizing the track and signal interface,and reducing the amount of daily maintenance of turnouts,to adapt to the complex application conditions of Sichuan-Tibet Railway,to ensure the safety and reliability of turnouts,and to reduce the labor intensity of turnout maintenance personnel.
