摘 要:学校体育资源作为学校体育系统与外在教育系统、社会系统交流互动的重要链条。采用文献资料与逻辑分析等方法,探索学校体育资源的管理体系与实现路径。结论:基于社会环境影响下的学校体育资源管理体系构建应立足于“不变的教育价值”和“变化发展的资源元素”的构建理念,并围绕“增量变化、质量优化、机制平衡和多元协调”的构建原则而展开。在实现路径方面,以资源育人的价值引领引导管理预期,具体而言:1)以政府主导形式构建学校体育资源管理的保障与导向机制;2)以市场参与形式构建学校体育资源管理的动力机制;3)以360度反馈形式构建学校体育资源管理的自我完善机制;4)以多元联合形式构建学校体育资源管理的协调机制。School physical education resources serve as an important chain of communication and interaction between school physical education system and external educational and social systems.By using literature and logical analysis,it explore the management system and the realization path of school sports resources.The construction of school physical education resource management system based on social environment should be based on the concept of"unchanging educational value"and"changing and developing resource elements",and centered on"incremental change,quality optimization,mechanism balance and multiple coordination".The system should be built around the principles of"incremental change,quality optimization,mechanism balance and multiple coordination".In terms of the realization path,the management expectation is guided by the value of resource nurturing,specifically in the guarantee and guidance mechanism of school sports resource management in the form of government-led,the motivation mechanism of school sports resource management in the form of market participation,the self-improvement mechanism of school sports resource management in the form of 360-degree feedback,and the coordination mechanism of school sports resource management in the form of multi-faceted association.The coordination mechanism of resource management in school sports is constructed in the form of multi-dimensional association.
