摘  要:为指导广东高温多雨区排水沥青路面结构设计与施工,综合考虑排水路面的路用性能和排水性能,采用改进型CAVF法和X-ray CT扫描技术进行OGFC-13沥青混合料配合比优化设计。通过黏温试验对比分析高黏度沥青与常规SBS改性沥青的差异,并推荐OGFC排水路面各施工关键环节的温度控制区间。使用无核密度仪跟踪现场压实度,研究不同碾压方案对OGFC沥青路面压实效果的影响。结果表明:采用体积法设计矿料级配,结合"富油+纤维稳定剂"可以较好兼顾OGFC路面的排水功能与路用性能;高黏度沥青的黏度比SBS改性沥青的黏度大20%~87%,基于不同沥青黏度-温度试验结果,可以确定合理的施工温度区间;为了保证OGFC路面排水功能和压实性能,推荐使用双钢轮静压组合,碾压遍数控制在5遍以内。In order to guide the structural design and construction of drainage asphalt pavement in high-temperature and rainy areas in Guangdong Province,taking into account the road performance and drainage performance of the drainage pavement,the improved CAVF method and X-ray CT scanning technology are used to optimize the OGFC-13 asphalt mixture mix design.The difference between highviscosity asphalt and SBS modified asphalt is compared and analyzed through viscosity-temperature test,and the key construction temperature control interval of OGFC drainage pavement is recommended.The compactness of OGFC asphalt pavement is tracked by non-core density meter,and the compaction effect of different rolling schemes is studied.The results show that the drainage function and pavement performance of OGFC pavement can be well considered by using the volume method to design the mineral grading and combining the"oil-rich+fiber stabilizer".The viscosity of high-viscosity asphalt is about 20%to 87%higher than that of SBS modified asphalt.Based on the results of viscosity-temperature tests of different asphalts,a reasonable construction temperature range can be determined.In order to ensure the drainage function and compaction performance of the OGFC pavement,it is recommended to use double steel wheel static pressure combination,and the number of rolling passes is controlled within 5 times.
