摘　　要：总结常态化新冠肺炎疫情防控态势下急诊科纤维支气管镜使用中的感染控制经验。收集某院感染管理科在对急诊科现场督导过程中发现的不规范的情况及存在的现实问题,通过梳理总结,规范科室纤维支气管镜的使用及洗消流程,使急诊科进行学习,并配合整改。通过系列培训整改,急诊科纤维支气管镜洗消后合格率较之前大幅提高。根据新冠肺炎疫情态势变化,结合现场督导问题,指定个体化的培训和整改方案,可以控制急诊科纤维支气管镜使用过程中的感染发生率。To summarize the experience of infection control during the application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in emergency department under normalized COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control.The author collected the non-standard situation and practical problemsof the emergency departmentidentified by the infection management department of a hospital duringfieldsupervisionfeedback.Through analyzing and summarizing,the application and decontamination process of fiberoptic bronchoscopy were standardized,so that the emergency could rectify and improve the process.After a series of training and rectification,the qualified rate of emergency fiberoptic bronchoscopy decontamination was greatly improved.Based on the change of epidemic situation in COVID-19,combining with on-site supervision,specifying individualized training and rectification plan can control the incidence of infection during the application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in emergency department.
