中西医结合药棒疗法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合药棒疗法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的效果。方法选取64例中风后痉挛性瘫痪病人,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例。对照组给予Bobath技术治疗,治疗组给予基于Bobath技术的中西医结合药棒疗法治疗。观察治疗前后两组肢体痉挛程度、运动功能、日常生活能力改善情况。结果中西医结合药棒疗法对中风后痉挛性瘫痪病人的痉挛程度、运动功能、日常生活能力改善程度优于单纯使用Bobath训练(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合药棒疗法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪效果较好。Objective To observe the effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine stick therapy on spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods Sixty-four patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 32 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with the Bobath technology,and the patients in treatment group were treated with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine stick based on the Bobath technology.Before and after treatment,the degree of limb spasm,motor function,ability of daily life were observed and evaluated.Results The improvement of spasticity(improved Ashworth classification),motor function(Fugl-Meyer score),and daily living ability(Bathel index)in patients treated with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine stick therapy was better than that treated with Bobath therapy alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine stick therapy is effective in the treatment of spastic paralysis after apoplexy.
