摘  要:当前国内外生物技术产业革命加速推进,以基因编辑为代表的转基因新技术发展迅猛,新基因、新性状、新产品不断涌现。围绕基因编辑产品的检测方法将成为转基因生物安全监管的重要一环和有效支撑。因此,基于测序技术、酶切技术、PCR技术和其他检测技术4个方面,总结了目前应用于基因编辑产品检测的一些技术方法,并对每种方法的优缺点进行了分析,以期为今后基因编辑产品的检测提供思路,做好转基因监管技术储备。At present,with the acceleration of the biotechnology industry revolution at home and abroad,the new transgenic technologies represented by gene editing are developing rapidly,and new genes,new traits and new products are constantly emerging.The detection method of gene editing products will become an important link and effective support for the safety supervision of genetically modified organisms.Therefore,based on sequencing,enzyme digestion,PCR and other detection technologies,some technical methods applied to the detection of gene editing products at present were summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed,in order to provide ideas for the detection of gene editing products in the future and make a good reserve of genetically modified regulatory technologies.
