摘 要:为应对聚丙烯熔体强度偏低,难以发泡的问题,以高熔体强度树脂与聚丙烯共混,制备了微孔发泡塑料聚丙烯,并对其性能进行了测试分析。结果表明:以POE作为提高聚丙烯熔体强度的弹性体,与聚丙烯共混所制成的微孔发泡聚丙烯力学性能最佳;以纤维状结构的硫酸钙晶须作为成核剂制成的微孔发泡聚丙烯、发泡效果最佳;在发泡剂掺量增加时,微孔发泡塑料聚丙烯的力学性能与发泡效果均是先变好后变差,其中在掺量为0.5%时,整体性能最佳。In order to solve the problem of low melt strength and difficult foaming of polypropylene,the microcellular foaming polypropylene plastics was prepared by blending high melt strength resin with polypropylene,and its properties were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the microcellular foaming polypropylene plastics was prepared by blending high melt strength resin with polypropylene,and POE was used as the resin to improve the melt strength of polypropylene plastics.The results show that the mechanical properties and foaming effect of microcellular foamed polypropylene plastics are the best;the mechanical properties and foaming effect of microcellular foamed polypropylene plastics prepared with fibrous calcium sulfate whisker as nucleating agent are the best;when the content of the foaming agent increases,the mechanical properties and foaming effect of microcellular foamed plastic polypropylene will first get better and then get worse,and the overall performance will be the best when such content is 0.5%.
