摘 要:基于某V12发动机开展了曲轴轴系的扭振、应力集中和耐久疲劳强度分析。按照IACS UR M53标准及CCS《钢质海船入籍规范》,采用一维分析法测定了曲轴主轴承圆角、曲柄销圆角、曲柄销油孔出口的名义应力,同时计算了等效应力和最小安全系数。结果显示:曲轴设计满足IACS UR M53标准及CCS《钢质海船入籍规范》的要求。The torsional vibration,stress concentration and endurance fatigue strength of a V12 engine crankshaft were analyzed.According to the IACS UR M53 standard and CCS Rules for Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships,the nominal stress at the crankshaft main journal fillets,crankpin fillets and crankpin oil bore outlets were measured,and the equivalent stress and minimum safety factor were calculated by 1D analysis method.The calculation results show that the crankshaft design can meet with IACS UR M53 standard and CCS Rules for Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships.
