突发公共事件背景下学生心理支持系统的建设

摘　　要：分别选用《中学生心理健康量表》和《症状自评量表SCL-90》对新冠肺炎疫情被基本控制后复课的南通地区青少年和大学生群体的心理健康状况进行测评,结果表明,较大比例学生存在不同程度的心理问题;进而针对突发公共事件背景下学生心理问题产生的原因,提出构建班级、学校、家庭、社区"四位一体"心理支持系统,并采用"1234工作法"支撑该系统运行。The Mental Health Scale of Middle School Students and The Symptoms Self-Assessment Scale SCL-90 are selected to evaluate the mental health of adolescents and university students in Nantong who have resumed study after COVID-19 epidemic has been basically prevented and controlled.The results show that the majority of students are suffering psychological problems to varying degrees.According to the reasons of students’psychological problems under the background of public emergency,this paper puts forward that a“four-in-one”psychological support system involving class,school,family and community should be constructed,and a“1234”working method should be adopted to ensure the operation of the system.
