摘  要:某电镀汽车塑料把手在海运并储存1年后表面镀层起泡,采用体视显微镜、扫描电镜、傅里叶变换显微红外光谱仪和X射线能谱仪对起泡位置镀层和基体的微观结构和元素组成进行分析。结果表明,起泡位置在化学镀镍底层和塑料之间,泡内有水和颗粒物。认为是常温化学预镀镍时镀液中的硫酸镍和氯化镍过饱和而析出,并被后续镀层覆盖于塑料表面,在海运过程中随温度升高,晶体脱水,体积膨胀,导致起泡。The coating on an electroplated plastic handle of automobile blistered after ocean shipping and storage for 1 year.The microstructure and elemental composition of the substrate and coating at blistered position were analyzed by using stereomicroscope,scanning electron microscope,Fourier-transform infrared microspectrometer,and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer.The results showed that the blister was between the electrolessly plated nickel bottom layer and the plastic substrate,and there were water and particles in the blister.The nickel sulfate and nickel chloride in electroless nickel pre-plating bath were supersaturated and precipitated during pre-plating process at normal temperature,and then buried on the plastic surface by the deposited coating.With the increase of temperature during the shipping,the said crystals dehydrated and the expanded,leading to blistering finally.
