基于中医传承辅助平台探讨卢秉久辨治慢性乙型肝炎用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台管理系统(V2.5),挖掘卢秉久教授对慢性乙型肝炎的辨治经验及用药规律。方法:通过临床病例采集建立医案数据库,运用频数统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析、复杂系统熵聚类、熵层析聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,探讨其用药特点和组方规律。结果:共筛选出有效方剂100条,涉及中药159味,累计使用频次为1333次。使用频次≥30的中药有11味。药性主要为温性药,药味主要为苦味,多归于脾、肝二经。使用频次在30次以上的核心药物组合共12组;经复杂系统熵聚类法处理后得到22组可以用于新处方聚类的药物组合,并得到新处方11首。结论:卢秉久教授治疗慢性乙型肝炎以健脾为主,疏肝为辅,对于主要兼证采用淡渗利湿、清热燥湿等方法。Objective:To explore the experience of Professor LU Bingjiu in treating chronic hepatitis B and the prescription regularity,using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5).Methods:We collected clinical cases,established a medical records database,applied data mining such as frequency statistics,association rule analysis,clustering analysis,complex system entropy clustering,entropy tomography clustering analysis,and discussed the characteristics and regularity of prescription.Results:A total of 100 validated formulas were included with 159 medicinals and the cumulative frequency being 1333.There were 11 Chinese medicinals with the frequency≥30,which are mainly warm in properties and bitter in flavors,and usually enter spleen and liver meridians.There were 12 core medicinal groups with frequency over 30 times;using complex system entropy clustering,22 core medicinal groups were determined and could be applied for new formulas(n=11).Conclusion:Professor LU Bingjiu treats chronic hepatitis B mainly through invigorating spleen assisted with soothing liver.For the major accompanying syndromes,he uses eliminating dampness with bland medicinal,and clearing heat and drying dampness.
