摘　　要：中医序贯疗法治疗脊柱相关性疾病软组织疼痛是从中医一体化诊疗模式出发,以辨证论治理论体系为思想指导,在充分认识疼痛病因基础上,采用正骨推拿、针灸刺穴、中药外敷和运动锻炼相结合的四位一体的治疗方案。分别论述颈椎区域、肩周区域、胸椎区域、腰椎区域软组织疼痛在中医序贯疗法指导下的治疗方案及操作流程。附验案1则。Xuguan therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for soft tissue pain in spine related diseases is based on the wholistic diagnosis and treatment model of TCM,guided by the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The wholistic treatment protocol,consisting of bone setting tuina,acupuncture and moxibustion,external application of Chinese medicinals and physical exercise,is applied based on the comprehensively understanding the cause of pain.The treatment protocol and operation process for the soft tissue pain in the cervical spine area,the shoulder area,the thoracic spine area,and the lumbar spine area under the guidance of the of TCM Xuguan therapy are discussed.One verified case is included.
