中医情志疗法在心系疾病中的应用概述

摘　　要：中医情志疗法是一种治疗心系疾病的中医传统疗法,它有着深奥的医学哲理和科学基础,同时也简便易于操作。中医情志学说萌芽于先秦,初步形成于秦汉,唐宋金元进一步成熟完善,明清时期被广泛应用。主要包括情志相胜疗法、言语开导疗法、顺情从欲疗法、清心静神疗法、移情易性疗法、疏导宣泄疗法,在心律失常、心力衰竭、冠心病、高血压等心血管疾病的临床治疗中均有广泛应用。参考文献31篇。Emotion therapy is a traditional therapy for the heart system diseases by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It has profound medical philosophy and scientific foundation,and it is also simple and easy to operate.Emotion therapy of TCM first appeared in the pre-Qin era,established in the Qin and Han Dynasties,and further developed in the Tang,Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,and was widely applied in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.It mainly consists of emotional inter-overcoming therapy,language enlightenment therapy,following will therapy,clearing heart and tranquilizing mind therapy,emotional transferring therapy,dredging and dispersing therapy,and could be widely applied in the cardiovascular diseases such arrhythmia,heart failure,coronary heart disease,high blood pressure.In the references 31 papers were cited.
