摘　　要：随着企业发展的不断提升,保证产品质量及降低成本,设备管理的重要性就尤为突出,为此树立设备零故障管理理念。以设备现场管理为重点,狠抓设备管理基础工作,并充分利用集团公司“点检定修制”,“5S”管理成果,重点讨论了企业开展零故障管理体系建设的预期目标、基本原则等。With the improving of the enterprise development,to ensure product quality and reduce the cost,especially the importance of equipment management,thus set up the equipment zero fault management concept.With an emphasis on site equipment management,improving equipment management foundation work,and make full use of group company"point inspection system","5S"management,focuses on the enterprise to carry out the target of zero fault management system construction,basic principle,etc.
