摘　　要：文章通过分析梳理高职院校图书馆“十四五”期间发展的优势、机会、劣势和威胁,提出图书馆应以服务宗旨为出发点,以空间再造、资源建设、团队构建及服务创新为抓手,结合实际,面向未来,勇于挑战,敢于创新,集中资源打造核心竞争力,完成“十四五”发展规划目标,实现图书馆自身历史使命,并支持学校履行职能。This article sorted out strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of libraries of higher vocational colleges during“The 14th Five-year Plan”.It proposed that libraries should start with service tenet,focus on space reconstruction,resource construction,team construction and service innovation;at the same time,libraries should combine actual condition and look in the future,have the courage to challenge and innovate,and centralize resources to improve core competence,thereby finishing“The 14th Five-year Plan”aim,achieving its historic mission,and supporting colleges to perform functions.
