摘 要:针对传统重力铸造船用铝合金电气箱缺陷严重的问题,设计了低压铸造工艺方案。基于ProCAST软件,对铸件的生产过程进行模拟,并根据模拟结果对工艺方案进行改进。结果表明,选用合理的浇注位置,在箱体内部增设内浇道,且在铸件上部增设冒口,不仅可以对铸件进行有效补缩,同时可收集浮渣,提高铸件品质。In order to solve the problem of serious defects in the traditional gravity filling casting of marine aluminum alloy electrical box,a low-pressure casting scheme was designed and simulated by the ProCAST software.According to the simulation results,the process scheme was optimized.The reasonable pouring position was selected with the ingate added in the box,and the riser was added in the upper part of the casting,which could not only effectively feed the casting,but also collect scum,thus improving the quality of the casting.
