摘 要:目的探讨多梳基因家族成员的Bmi-1与Ki67蛋白表在大肠肿瘤组织的表达情况及预后相关性。方法选取天津市宁河区医院2017年2月到2019年2月共收治的100例大肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者通过病理检查发现,100例大肠肿瘤患者中有60例为大肠癌,分,40例为大肠腺瘤患者,另取同期20例健康体检患者的正常大肠黏膜组织,分为对照组,分析大肠癌、大肠腺瘤和正常大肠黏膜组织Bmi-1和Ki67的表达与临床病理特征及患者生存的关系。结果Bmi-1和Ki67在大肠癌、腺瘤和正常大肠黏膜组织中的表达率分别为25.0%、5.00%、0%和18.30%、2.50%和0%。Bim-1和Ki67在大肠癌中的表达明显高于腺瘤和正常大肠黏膜组织(P<0.05)。卡方检验显示Bmi-1蛋白在大肠癌中的高表达与远处转移(P<0.01)和TNM分期(P<0.05)相关,而Ki67蛋白的高表达与年龄、远处转移和TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。进一步logistic回归分析显示,只有远处转移与Bmi-1过表达相关(P<0.01或>1),只有年龄与Ki67过表达相关(P<0.05或<1)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,CRC患者中Bmi-1和Ki67的低表达组生存期明显短于Bmi-1和Ki67的低表达组(P<0.05)。结论Bmi-1和Ki67蛋白的高表达与大肠癌的发生、转移及预后密切相关,Bmi-1和Ki67可用于预测大肠癌的预后,Bmi-1可能间接调节CRC患者Ki67的表达。Objective To investigate the expression of Bmi-1 and Ki67 in colorectal cancer and their correlation with prognosis.Methods a total of 100 cases of colorectal cancer patients in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research object.All patients were found through pathological examination that 60 cases of colorectal cancer in 100 cases were colorectal cancer,40 cases were colorectal adenoma,and 20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa tissue of healthy physical examination patients in the same period were selected and divided into the control group,and the colorectal cancer,colorectal adenoma and normal were analyzed The expression of Bmi-1 and Ki67 in colorectal mucosa was correlated with clinicopathological features and survival of patients.Results the expression rates of Bmi-1 and Ki67 in colorectal cancer,adenoma and normal colorectal mucosa were 25.0%,5.00%,0% and 18.30%,2.50% and 0%,respectively.The expression of Bim-1 and Ki67 in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in adenoma and normal colorectal mucosa(P<C0.05).Chi square test showed that the high expression of Bmi-1 protein was associated with distant metastasis(P<0.01)and TNM stage(P<0.05),while Ki67 protein was associated with age,distant metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05).Further logistic regression analysis showed that only distant metastasis was associated with Bmi-1 overexpression(P<0.01 or>1),and only age was associated with Ki67 overexpression(P<0.05 or<1).Kaplan Meier survival analysis showed that the survival time of low expression group of Bmi-1 and Ki67 was significantly shorter than that of low expression group of Bmi-1 and Ki67(P<0.05).Conclusion the high expression of Bmi-1 and Ki67 is closely related to the occurrence»metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.Bmi-1 and Ki67 can be used to predict the prognosis of colorectal cancer,and Bmi-1 may indirectly regulate the expression of Ki67 in CRC patients.
