减震手提式挖坑机的结构设计与试验

摘　　要：减震手提式挖坑机主要由手柄、承载板、电机、减震装置和钻头组成,具有减震降噪音的功能。通过试验表明:在砂壤土挖坑条件下,耳旁噪声低至97.6 dB,作业效率高达101坑/h,且坑型的尺寸和抛土情况符合要求。提高了操作者的使用舒适性和工作效率,避免了长时间作业带来的劳动伤害。适用于栽种果树、果树施肥、农业大棚安置地桩等进行的整地或挖坑作业。Shock-absorbing portable digging machine is mainly composed of handle,bearing plate,motor,shock-absorbing device and drill bit,which has the function of absorbing shock and reducing noise.The test showed that under the condition of dig⁃ging the sand loam,the parotic noise is low to 97.6dB,the working efficiency is as high as 101 pit/h,and the size of the pit type and the condition of throwing soil meet the requirements.The operation comfort and work efficiency of the operator are improved,and the labor injury caused by long-time operation is avoided.It is suitable for soil preparation or digging operation such as planting fruit trees,fertilizing fruit trees,and placing ground piles in agricultural greenhouses.
