基层金融机构人才需求视角下高校金融人才培养对策——以东北某县农商银行为例

摘　　要：金融业的持续快速发展带动了基层金融机构对金融人才需求的明显增加。通过对东北某农商银行人才队伍的现状进行剖析,提出目前基层金融机构人才需求存在的问题和“短板”,从用人单位的角度对高校金融专业人才的培养进行探究并提出相关对策。The sustained and rapid development of the financial industry has led to significant increase in the demand for fi⁃nancial talents in grass-roots financial institutions.The status of talents in the grass-roots financial institutions is analyzed,and the problems and the weaknesses existing in the current financial talent demand are put forward.The training mode of financial talents in colleges is explored from the perspective of employers,and the methods and effective approaches are proposed.
