摘 要:目的探讨视感知训练对改善青少年间歇性外斜视患者术后双眼视觉功能的应用效果。方法选择2018年12月—2019年12月本院收治的行外斜视术治疗的64例青少年间歇性外斜视患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组与观察组两组,每组各32例。对照组术后采用传统视觉训练,观察组术后采用视感知训练。比较两组患者治疗依从性,观察并记录经训练后临床疗效及双眼视觉功能的恢复情况。结果观察组总有效率优于对照组,训练依从性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练后,观察组开散性融合范围高于对照组,辐辏性低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的近视33 cm和远视5 m斜视角高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的近视33 cm和远视5 m立体视低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视感知训练改善青少年间歇性外斜视患者术后临床效果显著,有利于改善眼部融合范围、斜视角及立体视,对促进患者双眼视觉功能恢复具有积极作用。Objective To explore the application effect of visual perception training on improving binocular visual function of adolescent patients with intermittent exotropia after surgery.Methods 64 adolescent patients with exotropia who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group.The traditional visual training was used in the control group and visual perception training was used in the observation group.To compare the treatment compliance of the two groups,observe and record the clinical effect and the recovery of binocular visual function after training.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the training compliance was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After training,the open fusion range of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the convergence was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The squint angle of 33 cm in myopia and 5 m in hyperopia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The stereopsis of 33 cm myopia and 5 m hyperopia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Visual perception training has a significant clinical effect on adolescent patients with intermittent exotropia after surgery.It is beneficial to improve the range of eye fusion,squint angle and stereopsis,and has a positive effect on the recovery of binocular visual function.
