摘　　要：肿瘤是一种威胁生命的疾病,目前肿瘤的具体发展过程和作用机制还没有完全研究清楚。C型凝集素受体是一大类蛋白质,具有抑制炎症和抗菌功能。DC-SIGNR属于C型凝聚素的其中一员,越来越多的临床证据分析表明,DC-SIGNR也极有可能与恶性肿瘤的发展有关。本文综述了DC-SIGNR表达与肿瘤发生、发展之间的关系,深入探究DC-SIGNR在肿瘤各个环节的作用,为进一步了解肿瘤的机制提供了一个全新的角度。Tumor is a life-threatening disease.At present,the specific development and mechanism of tumor have not been fully studied.Type C agglutinin receptors are a family of proteins that have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.DC-SIGNR belongs to one of the C-type coagulins,and more and more clinical evidence analysis shows that DC-SIGNR is also highly likely to be related to the development of malignant tumors.In this paper,the relationship between the expression of DC-SIGNR and tumor genesis and development is reviewed,and the role of DC-SIGNR in each link of tumor is deeply explored,providing a new perspective for further understanding the mechanism of tumor.
