摘　　要：随着我国经济的迅速发展,中药在发展及技术创新方面已有重大进步,挤压膨化技术在中药材及其产品中的应用由初步探索到不断深入发展,得到了人们的一致认可。本文归纳总结了膨化中药材及中药膨化产品相关信息,以期为挤压膨化技术在中药材及其产品加工中的应用开拓出更科学广阔的资源与空间。With the rapid development of China’s economy,Traditional Chinese Medicine have made great progress in the development and technological innovation.The application of extrusion technology in Traditional Chinese Medicines and their products has been recognized by people from preliminary exploration to continuous development.In this manuscript,we summarized the relevant information of puffed Traditional Chinese Medicines and their puffed products were summarized,to open up more scientific and broad resources and space for the application of the extrusion technology in the processing of Traditional Chinese Medicines and their products.
