摘 要:对硝基苯酚是一类用途广泛的化工原料和药物中间体,在自然环境中半衰期较长,对生态环境造成威胁,被认定为环境内分泌干扰物,被列入我国优先控制污染物名单。目前,生物降解、化学氧化、光催化以及物理吸附等手段在对硝基苯酚降解中发挥着重要的作用,生物修复作为一种由微生物介导的、可持续的、环境友好型的污染物降解和脱毒方法,与化学和物理修复方法相比,在使用效率和生态环保方面具有明显优势。微生物是生物降解的核心,本文对对硝基苯酚的危害、降解性微生物及其微生物降解途径,微生物植物联合修复等方面的研究进展进行综述,同时也讨论了目前对硝基苯酚的微生物降解过程中存在的问题,旨在为利用功能微生物的降解作用保护土壤和水体健康提供理论参考。Para-nitrophenol(PNP)is a widely used chemical raw materials and pharmaceutical intermediate,with a long half-life in the natural environment.Due to its threat to ecological environment,it is recognized as an environmental endocrine disruptor and listed as a priority pollutant in China.At present,biodegradation,chemical oxidation,photocatalysis and physical adsorption play an important role in the degradation of PNP.Bioremediation,as a microbial-mediated sustainable and environmentally friendly pollutant degradation and detoxification method,has obvious advantages in terms of efficiency and environmental protection compared with chemical and physical remediation methods.Microorganisms are the core of biodegradation.In this paper,the harm of PNP,degradable microorganisms and their microbial degradation pathways,and microbial-plant joint remediation are reviewed.Meanwhile,the problems existing in the microbial degradation process of PNP are also discussed to provide theoretical reference for the use of functional microorganisms to protect soil and water health.
