摘  要:介绍了近距平行跑道的概念及运行模式,以航班延误时间最小为目标函数,进场流约束、排序时刻约束、配对限制及前后机约束、排序先后约束、机型尾流等级约束和间隔约束等为约束条件,建立了进场航空器排序模型,采用改进的先到先服务算法计算各航空器的延误时间。以上海虹桥机场为算例、航空器的延误时间为对比指标,将配对进近模式与现有运行模式——"类隔离"平行运行模式进行对比。结果表明,近距平行跑道实施配对进近模式较"类隔离"平行运行模式能显著缩短航空器的进场时间。最后为管制员、飞行员提出了配对进近航空器安全间隔及进场排序等相关建议。该方法可以准确地计算近距平行跑道采取配对进近方式下航空器的进场延误时间。This paper intends to make a brief introduction to the concept and operational mode of the closely spaced parallel runways (CSPR for short). The said closely spaced parallel runaways can actually be referred to the sequence based on the paired approach mode to maximize the capability of the runways. The total time of the flight delay can be made as the objective function so as for the airplanes to get properly approached at the regular intervals sequentially to avoid the improper delays as much as possible. At the same time,it would be possible to establish a regular approach sequencing model in favor to keep the necessary constraints of the approach flow,the landing time,pair and sequence,so as to keep the wake turbulence level in accordance with their proper types and safety space. And,just for such a purpose,we would like to manage to solve each flight’s delay time and the total delay time so as to improve the algorithm or the principle known as "come first deserves service first ". The paired approach and the currently operation mode can be said much similar to the segregated parallel operations mode. Taking Shanghai Hongqiao international airport as an example, the paired approach can be arranged in the mid-sized aircraft 737 first,followed by the heavy-sized aircraft 747. The pairing condition can be divided into 3 types according to the wake turbulence level of the aircraft types;e. g. the mid-sized aircraft should be taken and served as the leading aircraft,whereas the heavy-sized aircrafts serve as those in the rear. That is to say,the heavy-sized aircrafts can be made to serve as the lead ones.Or,the heavy-sized aircrafts can be made to serve as the rear ones. Taking the 4 kinds of aircraft as another example,the pairing conditions can also be classified into 4 types according to their success or failure of pairing,with the corresponding intervals being kept and maintained,respectively.
