摘 要:结合航空低压直流电源系统应用特点,对并列式混合励磁无刷直流电机短路特性开展研究。分析永磁与双凸极电机段绕组耦合关系与电感特性,揭示并列式混合励磁电机高电抗特征,在此基础上研究直流侧短路故障下的电枢反应与短路电流变化规律;根据绕组拓扑形式特点,围绕两类相间短路故障,系统分析短路电流与整流输出电压特性,探讨电机中性点连接方式对短路电流的影响,提出并列式混合励磁无刷直流发电机不同短路故障下的短路电流抑制与短路保护方法。研制12300r/min、11kW低压直流电源系统并列式混合励磁无刷直流发电机系统,并进行短路实验验证。理论与实验结果表明,并列式混合励磁无刷直流电机具有较好的短路电流抑制能力,在航空直流电源系统中具有重要的应用优势与价值。This paper analyzed the short-circuit characteristics of the structure-parallel hybrid excitation brushless DC generator(SHEBLDCG) based on the application characteristics of the aircraft low-voltage DC electrical power system. The winding coupling relationship and inductance characteristics of the permanent magnet and doubly salient machine parts were analyzed. The high-reactance characteristics of the SHEBLDCG were revealed. The armature reaction, as well as the variations features of short-circuit current under the DC-side short-circuit fault was studied. According to the winding topology, focusing on the two types of phase-phase short-circuit faults, the short-circuit current and the rectified output voltage characteristics were analyzed comprehensively. The impact of the neutral point connection on the short-circuit current was discussed. The short-circuit current suppression and short-circuit protection methods of the SHEBLDCG under different short-circuit faults were proposed. The 12300 r/min, 11 kW SHEBLDCG prototype for aircraft low-voltage DC electrical power system was developed, and the short-circuit experimental verification was carried out. The theoretical and experimental results show that the SHEBLDCG has the good short-circuit current suppression performance.
