摘　　要：文章从冷启动问题的基本应对策略、冷启动问题的具体应对方法和特定领域的冷启动问题3个方面梳理相关研究,发现对于各类冷启动问题已形成基本应对策略;主要方法包括基于内容和/或协作式过滤的方法、基于辅助数据的方法、基于用户参与的方法等;多媒体信息推荐、标签推荐和跨领域推荐等领域中的冷启动问题值得关注;混合式方法的应用、情境信息与关联数据的应用、基于知识图谱的推荐方法与跨领域推荐方法的应用是需要深入研究的方向。This paper systematically sorts out the related research from three aspects:the basic coping strategies of cold-start problems,the specific solutions to cold-start problems and the cold-start problems in specific fields,and finds that:for all kinds of cold-start problems,the basic coping strategies have been formed;the main methods include content-based and/or collaborative filtering method,auxiliary data based method,user participation based method and so on;the cold-start problems in the fields of multimedia information recommendation,tag recommendation and cross-domain recommendation are worthy of attention;the applications of hybrid method,context information and linked data,and knowledge based recommendation method and cross-domain recommendation method are topics for further study.
