摘　　要：食品质量安全关乎民生,备受社会广泛关注。本文从宏观产业政策视角切入,充分考察当前食品质量安全核心问题,揭示产业集聚通过企业和政府两个层面对食品质量安全的作用机制,构建出基于产业集聚的食品质量安全管理分析框架,通过规划食品产业集聚区、建设集聚区系统环境、优化集聚区产业政策等路径完善食品质量安全管理方式,以期有利于在保障食品质量安全的同时,实现食品产业健康发展。Food quality and safety are related to people’s livelihood and have attracted widespread attention from society. This paper starts from the perspective of macro-industrial policy, fully examines the current core issues of food quality and safety, reveals the mechanism of industrial agglomeration on food quality and safety through the two levels of enterprises and the government, and constructs a food quality and safety management analysis framework based on industrial agglomeration. Food industry agglomeration areas, construction of the system environment of the agglomeration areas, optimizing the industrial policies of the agglomeration areas, and other paths to improve food quality and safety management methods, in order to ensure the healthy development of the food industry while ensuring food quality and safety.
