摘　　要：目的分析医学生基层就业影响因素,探讨可塑性关键环节,引导医学生基层就业。方法采用随机抽样法,选取632位河北北方学院医学生,进行《医学生基层就业意向及其影响因素》问卷调查,根据调研结果,有针对性地指导其进行社区调研、拓展学习、健康管理实践、志愿服务、急救培训等,最大限度激发医学生对全科医学的兴趣,再对医学生进行《社会实践活动与拓展学习收获及满意度》问卷调查与访谈。结果《医学生基层就业意向及其影响因素》问卷调查有效率97.31%,《社会实践活动与拓展学习收获及满意度》问卷调查有效率98.10%。开展全科医学教育前58.86%医学生表示愿意基层就业,且受居住地、家庭月收入情况、是否为党员或入党积极分子、前期是否参与过其他志愿服务等因素影响(P<0.05)。通过开展全科医学社会实践与学习活动,学生愿意将基层就业纳入职业生涯规划者占73.06%。结论结合政策解读和思政教育,培养医学生群体预防、防治结合意识,激发基层就业的兴趣并消除顾虑,协助其进行合理的职业生涯规划,对加速基层医疗建设和医疗人才培养有积极意义。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of grassroots employment of medical students,explore the key links of plasticity,and guide the grassroots employment of medical students.Methods 632 medical students from Hebei North University were selected by random sampling method to conduct questionnaire survey on“Medical Students'Intention to Get Employment at the Grass-Roots Level and Its Influencing Factors”.According to the results,students were guided to carry out community research,expand study,health management practice,volunteer service,first aid training,etc.,so as to maximize the interest of medical students in general medicine,Then,the medical students were interviewed and investigated by questionnaire on“Social Practice and Outward Learning Achievement and Satisfaction”.Results The effective rate of the questionnaire on“Medical Students'Intention to Get Employment at the Grass roots Level and Its Influencing Factors”was 97.31%,and the effective rate of the questionnaire on“Social Practice and Outward Learning Achievement and Satisfaction”was 98.10%.Before the implementation of general practice education,58.86%of medical students expressed their willingness to work at the grass-roots level,which was affected by residence,family monthly income,whether they were party members or party activists,and whether they had participated in other voluntary services in the early stage(P<0.05).Through carrying out social practice and learning activities of general practice,73.06%of students are willing to bring grassroots employment into career planning.Conclusion Combined with policy interpretation and ideological and political education,it is of positive significance to train medical students'awareness of combination of prevention and control,stimulate their interest in grassroots employment and eliminate their concerns,and assist them in reasonable career planning,so as to accelerate the construction of grassroots medical care and the cultivation of medical talents.
