摘　　要：鼻咽癌是广西地区常见的恶性肿瘤疾病。流行病学数据显示广西鼻咽癌死亡率已逐步下降,这得益于近年来广西经济发展,政府对癌症普查的重视,早诊早治工作的坚持不懈,科研工作者对鼻咽癌发病机制和危险因素的深入研究以及精准医学个体化治疗的进步。特别是调强适形放射治疗的广泛应用明显提高了鼻咽癌局部控制率,化疗策略和化疗药物的优化则进一步提高了生存率。此外,致命性并发症的预防和处理能力的提高,远处转移病灶处理方案的优化进一步降低了病死率。传统单一的肿瘤治疗已不能满足患者的治疗需求,基于鼻咽癌的病理学特点,免疫检查点疗法是未来治疗初治鼻咽癌的一个重要策略。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is a common malignant disease in Guangxi region.Epidemiological data indicate that the mortality rate of NPC in Guangxi has gradually decreased in recent years.The economic development,the screening of early-stage cancers organized by the government,the unremitting efforts on the early diagnosis and treatment works,the in-depth explorations on the pathogenesis and risk factors performed by researchers,and the advances in individualized treatment and precision medicine,have altogether contributed to this accomplishment.In particular,the wide application of intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)has significantly improved the local control rate of NPC,and the optimization of chemotherapy strategies and chemotherapy drugs has further improved the survival rate of NPC patients.In addition,the improvement of the prevention and management of fatal complications and the optimization of the management of distant metastatic lesions have further reduced the mortality rate.The traditional single cancer treatment can no longer meet the patients′desire for treatment.Based on the pathological characteristics of NPC,immune checkpoint therapy may be an important strategy for the treatment of the initially diagnosed NPC in the future.
