摘　　要：调相机运维检修呈现“作业多、范围广、强度大”的特点,目前全国调相机站无运维一体化作业车,备件及工具器运输距离远,导致维护检修工作时间延长,效率低。研制了一种500 kV调相机站多功能运维作业车,解决辅助业务设备设施运输问题。经现场测试和经济效益分析,该作业车可有效减少运输和工作,提高工作效率,对于调相机运检一体化及国内调相机智能运检技术发展起到了促进作用。The operation,maintenance and repair of the condenser is characterized by"many operations,wide range,and high intensity".At present,there is no integrated operation vehicle for operation and maintenance at the national condenser station,and the transportation distance of spare parts and tools is long,which leads to prolonged maintenance and repair work time and low efficiency.A multi-function operation and maintenance vehicle for 500 kV condenser station is developed to solve the transportation problem of auxiliary business equipment and facilities.After field testing and economic benefit analysis,the vehicle effectively reduces transportation and work and improves work efficiency.The operation vehicle has played a role in promoting the development of the integration of the operation and inspection of the condenser and the domestic intelligent operation and inspection technology of the condenser.
