摘  要:在带电作业检修过程中,从地面向高空起吊器件和工具是检修作业中的重要工序。针对传统的机动绞磨体积庞大不便运输,现有的电动绞磨不适用于带电作业环境的问题,提出一种适用于架空输电线路带电作业下的便携式智能电动绞磨。该装置能实时监控绞磨的运行状态,发生故障时进入自锁保护模式。另外,该装置采用了多种新型复合材料以提升整机绝缘强度,保护带电检修作业环境中人员的安全。现场使用验证了其具有较高的应用价值和推广意义。In the repair process of live working,lifting components and tools from the ground is an important process in maintenance operations.Aiming at the problem that the traditional motor-driven grinding is bulky and inconvenient for transportation,and the existing electric grinding is not suitable for live working environment,a portable intelligent electric grinding suitable for live working on overhead transmission lines is proposed.The device can monitor the operation status of the grinder in real time and enter the self-locking protection mode in case of failure.In addition,the device adopts a variety of new composite materials to improve the insulation strength of the whole machine and protect the safety of the personnel in the live maintenance environment.Field application shows that it has high application value and promotion significance.
