康复新液与口腔溃疡散联合应用治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究康复新液与口腔溃疡散联合用药方案治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的临床效果。方法236例RAU患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组118例。对照组采取口腔溃疡散治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用康复新液治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、治疗前后炎性因子水平、治疗后溃疡持续时间和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗后,观察组的临床治疗总有效率98.31%显著高于对照组的88.98%,白细胞介素-1(IL-1)(0.53±0.23)ng/ml、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)(73.43±9.33)ng/ml和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)(132.53±12.49)ng/ml均低于对照组的(0.78±0.31)、(104.62±11.25)、(156.84±14.36)ng/ml,溃疡持续时间(3.12±0.49)d短于对照组的(4.32±1.57)d,VAS评分(1.62±0.43)分低于对照组的(2.18±0.89)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液与口腔溃疡散联合用药方案治疗RAU的临床效果显著,可提高疗效,改善炎性因子水平,减轻患者疼痛。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with oral ulcer powder in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU).Methods A total of 236 patients with RAU were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 118 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral ulcer powder,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid based on the control group.The clinical effect,inflammatory factors before and after treatment,ulcer duration and visual analogue scale(VAS)score after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate 98.31%of the observation group was significantly higher than 88.98%of the control group,interleukin-1(IL-1)(0.53±0.23)ng/ml,interleukin-6(IL-6)(73.43±9.33)ng/ml and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)(132.53±12.49)ng/ml were lower than(0.78±0.31),(104.62±11.25)and(156.84±14.36)ng/ml of the control group,ulcer duration(3.12±0.49)d was shorter than(4.32±1.57)d of the control group,and VAS score(1.62±0.43)points was lower than(2.18±0.89)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Kangfuxin liquid and oral ulcer powder has significant clinical effect in the treatment of RAU,which can improve the efficacy,improve the level of inflammatory factors,and reduce the pain of patients.
