不同类型阴道炎患者宫颈HPV感染情况的对比观察

摘　　要：目的对比不同类型阴道炎患者的宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况,寻找不同类型阴道炎与HPV的关系。方法回顾性分析120例确诊为阴道炎患者的临床资料,将其设为阴道炎组,并依据阴道炎不同类型分为细菌性阴道炎组(72例)、滴虫性阴道炎组(21例)、霉菌性阴道炎组(27例);选取同时期入院接受体检的女性120例设为体检组。对比阴道炎组与体检组的HPV阳性率;对比各类型阴道炎组与体检组的HPV阳性率。结果阴道炎组HPV阳性率为33.33%,显著高于体检组的21.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌性阴道炎组的HPV阳性率为38.89%,高于体检组的21.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。滴虫性阴道炎组、霉菌性阴道炎组的HPV阳性率与体检组的HPV阳性率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道炎会增加HPV的感染风险,其中细菌性阴道炎患者感染HPV的几率更高。Objective To compare the cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in patients with different types of vaginitis,and find the correlation between different types of vaginitis and HPV.Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed with vaginitis were taken as vaginitis group,and were divided into bacterial vaginitis group(72 cases),trichomonas vaginitis group(21 cases),and fungal vaginitis group(27 cases)according to different types of vaginitis.Another 120 women for medical examination during the same period as the medical examination group.Comparison was made on HPV positive rate between vaginitis group and medical examination group,sarious types of vaginitis group and physical examination group.Results The HPV positive rate of vaginitis group was 33.33%,which was significantly higher than 21.67%of medical examination group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HPV positive rate of bacterial vaginitis group was 38.89%,which was higher than 21.67%of medical examination group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HPV positive rate of trichomonas vaginitis group and fungal vaginitis group had no statistically significant difference compared with that of medical examination group(P>0.05).Conclusion Vaginitis increases the risk of HPV infection,those with bacterial vaginosis have a higher risk of HPV infection.
