健肠愈疡散对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道益生菌的影响及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健肠愈疡散对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的临床疗效,及其对肠道益生菌的影响。方法:将符合UC中西医诊断标准的50例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各25例。治疗组给予健肠愈疡散治疗,对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,2组疗程均为8周。结果:治疗8周后,2组患者中医症候积分、Mayo评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组下降优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,2组患者益生菌数量均较治疗前上升,且治疗组改善较对照组更明显;治疗8周后,2组患者IL-2水平以及对照组患者INF-γ水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗8周后INF-γ水平较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周后,2组患者IL-4水平较治疗前均有所下降,且治疗组下降优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,2组患者IL-10水平较治疗前均上升,且治疗组上升较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:健肠愈疡散对UC有一定的治疗作用,可能通过对肠道益生菌的调控来达到调节Th1/Th2免疫漂移,从而改善患者症状,减轻结肠黏膜的炎症反应。Objective:To observe the effect of Jianchang Yuyang Powder on healthful intestinal microflora and clinical effect in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods: Fifty patients diagnosed by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine who were randomly divided into treatment group(25 cases) and control group(25 cases). The patients of treatment group were administrated with Jianchang Yuyang Powder for eight weeks, while the other one with Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets. Results:Compared with the control group, the TCM syndrome scores and the Mayo scores of the treatment group decreased more obviously(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of healthful intestinal microflora in the treatment group were higher the control group, which existing an obvious difference compared to the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in IL-2 level between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05). There was no statistical difference in the INF-γ level of the control group before and after treatment, while the INF-γ expression level of the treatment group increased after treatment, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the expression of the IL-10 level escalated and the IL-4 level decreased in the both group(P<0.05), the treatment group existing an obvious difference compared to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jianchang Yuyang Powder has played a therapeutic effect in UC through the regulation of healthful intestinal microflora, the immune drift of Th1/Th2 can be regulated, so as to improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the inflammatory response of colonic mucosa.
