摘 要:多颗遥感卫星组网后可实现对地球表面特定区域的连续监测,可满足应对突发应急事件的监测需求。但其需解决不同轨道卫星资源的优化部署以及快速发射小卫星补网等手段进行卫星资源合理调度问题。对构建资源分配调度数学模型,设计优化求解、调度策略的优化分配是解决这类问题的关键。基于此,对遥感卫星组网观测资源调度需解决的数学建模以及模型优化求解的相关数学问题进行了研究。Networking multiple remote sensing satellites makes continuous monitoring specific areas on the earth's surface possible,which also makes it possible to be used to meet the needs of rapid responding to emergencies.The measures like optimizing the deployment of satellites resource in different orbit and launching promptly small satellites to compensate the network for realizing the reasonable scheduling of satellite resources are necessary subject to be studied for observation by multiple remote sensing satellites.The keys for solving these types of problems lie in constructing a mathematical model for resource allocating and scheduling,giving the optimal solution of the model problem and designing the optimal allocation of scheduling strategies.Therefore,the related mathematical modeling for resource scheduling and the optimal solution of the model in the remote sensing satellite network observation were discussed in the paper.
