摘  要:目的:考察玉米须多糖和普洱茶多糖降血糖、降血脂作用及联合使用的作用效果。方法:取180只清洁级雄性Wistar大鼠,以空腹血糖值随机分为18组,每组10只,模型组与治疗组采用高脂高糖饲料配合四氧嘧啶诱导大鼠高血糖、高血脂模型。不同试剂及剂量干预30 d后,检测各组血清中血糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量、体重及糖耐量。结果:实验结束时,阳性药物组、玉米须多糖(SMP)高剂量组、生茶多糖(CPP)高剂量组、玉米须多糖+生茶多糖[(S+C)P]高剂量组、熟茶多糖(RPP)高剂量组及玉米须多糖+熟茶多糖[(S+R)P]高剂量组体重与模型组相比均显著降低(P<0.05)。正常组、阳性药物组、(S+C)P中、高剂量组Glu均低于模型组(P<0.01);SMP中、高剂量组、CPP高剂量组、RPP中、高剂量组、(S+R)P中、高剂量组Glu均低于模型组(P<0.05)。正常组及所有治疗组TC均低于模型组(P<0.05)。SMP中、高剂量组,(S+C)P中、高剂量组,(S+R)P中、高剂量组及RPP高剂量组TG较模型组降低(P<0.05)。除CPP低剂量组其余治疗组LDL均较模型组降低(P<0.05);正常组及所有治疗组HDL均高于模型组(P<0.05)。阳性药物组、SMP中、高剂量组0.5 h血糖较模型组降低(P<0.05);阳性药物组、SMP高剂量组2 h血糖较模型组降低(P<0.05);阳性药物组、SMP高剂量组血糖曲线下面积较模型组降低(P<0.05)。结论:玉米须多糖和普洱茶多糖能够显著降低高血糖、高血脂模型大鼠的血糖和血脂水平,且两者联合应用效果更明显,具有协同作用。Objective:To investigate the hypoglycemic and hyperlipidemic effects of stigma-maydis polysaccharides and Pu-erh tea polysaccharides and their combined use.Method:A total of 180 clean male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 18 groups according to the fasting blood glucose value,10 rats in each group.The model group and the treatment group were treated with a high-fat and high-sugar diet combined with Alloxan to induce hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia in rats.After 30 days of intervention with different reagents and doses,the contents of blood glucose(Glu),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and high density lipoprotein(HDL)in serum,body weight and glucose tolerance in each group were determined.Result:At the end of the experiment,the body weight of the positive drug group,SMP high-dose group,CPP high-dose group,(S+C)P high-dose group,RPP high-dose group and(S+R)P high-dose group were significantly decreased compared with model group(P<0.05).Glu in normal group,positive drug group,(S+C)P medium and high dose groups were lower than that in model group(P<0.01);Glu in SMP medium and high dose groups,CPP high dose groups,RPP medium and high dose groups,(S+R)P medium and high dose groups were lower than that in model group(P<0.05).TC in normal group and all treatment groups were lower than that in model group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,TG in SMP medium and high dose groups,(S+C)P medium and high dose groups,(S+R)P medium and high dose groups and RPP high dose groups decreased(P<0.05).LDL of all treatment groups except CPP low-dose group were lower than that of model group(P<0.05);HDL in normal group and all treatment groups were higher than that in model group(P<0.05).0.5 h blood glucose of positive drug group,SMP medium and high dose groups were lower than that of model group(P<0.05);2 h blood glucose of positive drug group and SMP high-dose group were lower than that of model group(P<0.05).The area under the blood glucose curve in the positive drug group and SMP highdose grou
