摘 要:目的:分析血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)病理类型和临床分期诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的100例NSCLC患者作为试验组,同期门诊体检的100例健康人员作为参照组,均进行血清TGF-β1、VEGF-C检测。对比两组血清TGF-β1、VEGF-C水平,对比不同病理类型(鳞癌、腺癌)、临床分期(Ⅰ~Ⅳ期)的血清TGF-β1、VEGF-C水平,分析血清TGF-β1、VEGF-C水平与病理类型、临床分期的相关性。结果:试验组血清TGF-β1、VEGF-C水平均显著比参照组高(P<0.05)。腺癌患者的血清TGF-β1、VEGF-C水平均明显比鳞癌高(P<0.05)。Ⅳ期患者的血清TGF-β1、VEGF-C水平均比Ⅲ期高,Ⅲ期患者均比Ⅱ期高,Ⅱ期患者均比Ⅰ期高(P<0.05)。血清TGF-β1、VEGF-C水平与病理类型、临床分期均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清TGF-β1、VEGF-C水平与NSCLC患者病情呈正相关,加强血清TGF-β1、VEGF-C检测,对于NSCLC患者病情诊断意义重大。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of serum transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1)and vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)in the diagnosis of pathologic type and clinical staging non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:A total of 100 NSCLC patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and a total of 100 healthy people who underwent outpatient physical examination during the same period were selected as the reference group,serum TGF-β1 and VEGF-C were detected in all patients.The levels of serum TGF-β1 and VEGF-C in the two groups were compared,and the levels of serum TGF-β1 and VEGF-C in different pathological types(squamous cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma)and clinical stages(stageⅠ-Ⅳ)were compared.The correlation of serum TGF-β1 and VEGF-C levels with pathological types and clinical stages were analyzed.Result:Serum TGF-β1 and VEGF-C levels in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum TGF-β1 and VEGF-C levels in adenocarcinoma patients were significantly higher than those in squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).The serum levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF-C inⅣstage patients were higher than those in theⅢstage,those in theⅢstage were higher than those in theⅡstage,and those in theⅡstage were higher than those in theⅠstage(P<0.05).Serum TGF-β1 and VEGF-C levels were positively correlated with pathological types and clinical stages(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum TGF-β1 and VEGF-C levels are positively correlated with the conditions of patients with NSCLC.Strengthening the detection of serum TGF-β1 and VEGF-C is of great significance for the diagnosis of the conditions of patients with NSCLC.
