摘　　要：右归丸是补肾助阳经典方剂,具有温补肾阳、填精益髓功效。临床上右归丸治疗卵巢功能早衰、甲状腺功能减退症、骨质疏松、膝骨关节炎等疾病疗效显著。现代研究发现,右归丸具有调节肾功能、下丘脑-垂体-靶腺轴、免疫功能、骨代谢等多种药理作用。本文对近年来右归丸药理研究进展做一综述,为临床应用及药理机制研究提供参考。Yougui Pills is a classic TCM prescription used to warm and restore“kidney-yang”,with the functions of warming kidney-yang,filling essence and nourishing marrow.Clinically,Yougui Pills has a significant effect on premature ovarian failure,hypothyroidism,osteoporosis,knee osteoarthritis and other diseases.Modern studies have confirmed that it has a variety of pharmacological effects,such as regulating renal function,hypothalamus-pituitarytarget gland axis,immune function and bone metabolism.This article reviewed the latest research progress in pharmacological effects of Yougui Pills,with the purpose to provide references for clinical applications and pharmacological mechanism research.
