摘  要:研究了度夏期间玉米脂肪酸值变化情况,并采取控温储粮措施延缓玉米品质变化,为绿色储粮技术的推广提供数据支持。试验结果表明,在度夏期间,采取空调、局部揭膜、埋入风管等措施把试验仓的仓温控制在20℃以下,玉米脂肪酸值的上升幅度明显减小,且基本无储粮害虫发生,说明准低温储藏玉米可以有效减缓脂肪酸值增速,从而延缓玉米品质劣变。We took corn as the research object in the experiment,mainly studied the change of fatty acid value of corn during summer,and took the measure of temperature control to delay the change of corn quality,which provided data support for the popularization of green grain storage technology.Experimental results showed that during summer time,taking measures such as air conditioning,local film removal,air pipe embedding and other measures,can control storage temperature below 20℃,the increase of fatty acid value of corn will be obviously reduced,and there are basically no grain storage pests.This shows that quasi-low temperature storage of corn can effectively slow down the growth rate of fatty acid value,therefore delaying the deterioration of corn quality.
