摘　　要：世界一流大学高地是指集聚了若干世界一流大学及其他优质高等教育资源,并能为国家战略发展、区域经济建设、国际交流与合作提供支撑的城市集群。它是一个国家发展水平的重要标志,也是世界中心城市的主要特征之一。世界一流大学高地是实现国家崛起的强大支点,促进高教变革的关键节点,培养卓越人才的重要起点,提升人类生活的有力拐点。为加速我国世界一流大学高地的发展步伐,应注重顶层设计,合理规划,从加强政策引导、市场调节、文化交融等方面促进世界一流大学与城市集群的融合发展。The world-class university highland refers to a city cluster with a few world-class universities and high-qualified higher education resources for supporting national strategic development,regional economic construction,and international exchanges and cooperation.As an important symbol of the national development level,the world-class university highland is located in the core cities.The world-class university highland is a milestone for the rising of a country,a key for reforming higher education,a starting point for training talents and a turning point for promoting human life.To advance the world-class university highland of China,it should strengthen the top-level design,enhance the integration of world-class universities and city clusters from the aspects of policy,market regulation and cultural diffusion.
