摘 要:目的加强实操培训与传统理论教学方式在医学影像技术教学中的效果差异。方法纳入贵州遵义医药高等专科学校医学影像技术专业2018级江津班学生30名,遵义班30名,观察组采取理论教学+强化实操培训,对照组采取传统理论教学方式,评价两组学生教学效果。结果观察组患者实操技能评分(12.63±1.00)分、图像质量评分(16.20±0.46)分、理论知识评分(54.64±0.60)分、问题答辩能力评分(4.61±0.10)分,均高于对照组(9.11±1.05)分、(13.11±1.05)分、(49.76±1.24)分、(3.07±0.61)分,P<0.05。观察组患者满意度96.67%,高于对照组70.00%,P<0.05。结论医学影像技术教学中应用加强实操培训可提高教学效果与满意度。Objective To study the differences of practical operation and theoretical teaching in medical imaging technology.Methods 30 Jiangjin class students and 30 Zunyi class students of being admitted in 2018 and majored in medical imaging technology of Zunyi Medical and Pharmaceutical College were included.The observation group received the theoretical teaching and practical operation;the control group received the theoretical teaching.Teaching effects were assessed.Results The scores of practical skills(12.63±1.00)points,image quality(16.20±0.46)points,theoretical knowledge(54.64±0.60)points and question answering ability(4.61±0.10)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(9.11±1.05)points,(13.11±1.05)points,(49.76±1.24)points and(3.07±0.61)points,P<0.05.The patients'satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of medical imaging technology,strengthening practical training can improve the teaching effect and satisfaction.
