高龄孕妇保健网络互动式健康教育的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析高龄孕妇孕期保健网络互动式健康教育的应用效果。方法选取2019年1—12月在笔者医院收治的240例高龄孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为两组:观察组160例孕妇,实施网络互动式健康教育;对照组80例孕妇,实施传统健康教育。结果两组孕妇护理后的生理知识评分、营养作息评分、分娩知识评分、日常生活评分、胎儿监护行为评分、总体自我管理评分水平普遍高于进行护理干预前的水平,抑郁评分、焦虑评分水平普遍低于进行护理干预前的水平(P<0.05)。进行护理干预后,观察组的生理知识评分、营养作息评分、分娩知识评分、日常生活评分、胎儿监护行为评分、总体自我管理评分水平普遍高于对照组,抑郁评分、焦虑评分水平普遍低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论和传统健康教育方式相比,对高龄孕妇实施网络互动式健康教育可以更有效地提高其孕期保健知识水平、自我保健管理水平,可以提供更好的健康信息支持和情感支持。Objective To investigate the application effect of network interactive health education in older pregnant women during pregnancy health protection.Methods From January to December 2019,240 older pregnant women in our hospital were selected as objects of study and randomly divided into two groups:160 pregnant women in observation group,carried out network interactive health education;80 pregnant women in control group,carried out traditional health education.Results Physiological knowledge score,nutrition and rest score,delivery knowledge score,daily life score,fetal monitoring behavior score and overall selfmanagement score of pregnant women in two groups after nursing intervention were generally higher than those before nursing intervention,and depression score and anxiety score were generally lower than those before nursing intervention(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of physiological knowledge,nutrition and rest,delivery knowledge,daily life,fetal monitoring behavior and overall self-management in the observation group were generally higher than those in the control group,and the scores of depression and anxiety were generally lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the traditional health education methods,the network interactive health education for older pregnant women can more effectively improve their knowledge level of health protection during pregnancy and self health protection management level during pregnancy,can provide better health information support and emotional support,which is worthy of popularization and application.
