摘  要:配电导线的状态对用电需要和用电安全而言有着重要的意义,当配电导线处于断股状态时,将可能导致严重用电事故。传统断股检视方法常依赖于人工,费时费力。为此,本文设计与研发了一套基于无人机影像的配电导线断股缺陷实时在线检测系统。该系统利用无人机获取配电导线影像,通过WiFi和WinSock机制完成影像数据传输;采用FCN网络而对获取的影像进行图像分割,仅保留导线信息。针对断股导线特有的图像特征,采用滑动窗口思想,沿导线轴向方向提取窗口内的图像特征参数,查找异常特征参数窗口,从而实现断股导向的自动检测。最后基于实测数据对系统的实验效果进行了验证.结果表明数据传输保持稳定、配电导线断股智能识别准确性高,所设计和研制的系统对配电导线安全检查有重要意义。The state of the transmission wire is of great significance to the electricity demand and safety of electricity use.When the transmission wire is in a broken strand state,it may cause serious electricity accidents.Traditional methods of checking stock broken often rely on manual labor,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.In view of it,this paper designs and develops a real-time online detection system for broken strands of power transmission wires based on UAV images.The system uses drones to obtain images of power transmission wires,completes image data transmission through WiFi and WinSock mechanisms and then FCN network is used to segment the acquired image,only with the strands information retained.According to the unique image features of broken strand wire,the idea of sliding window is used to extract the image feature parameters in the window along the axial direction of the wire,and find the abnormal feature parameter window,so as to realize the automatic detection of broken strand.Finally,the experimental results of the system are verified based on the measured data.The results show that the data transmission remains stable,the detection accuracy of the broken strands is high,and the designed and developed system is of great significance to the safety inspection of the transmission wire.
