摘 要:航空活塞发动机作为通用航空和部分教练机型的主要动力装置,航空活塞发动机气缸体的维修方式不断更迭,再制造技术主导下的修理模式成为研究热点。介绍了航空活塞发动机气缸体摩擦磨损失效特点及其对气缸体表面摩擦性能的要求,以缸体再制造后所需性能为研究对象,改变缸体表面硬度、摩擦系数与摩擦力、耐磨性、表面润滑等缸体正常工作性能指标,分析相应的缸体表面热处理方式的应用特点。最后,结合航空活塞发动机气缸体的工作特点和相应的表面摩擦性能要求,提出融合多种表面处理技术的气缸体复合再制造方式及喷涂材料组合,以延长航空活塞发动机气缸体的实际工作寿命,确保其可靠性运行。As the m ain power unit of general aviation and some trainer models,the maintenance mode of aeropiston engine cylinder body changes constantly,and the repair mode dominated by remanufacturing technology has become a research hotspot.The frictional wear failure characteristic of aviation piston engine cylinder block were introduced and the requirements for surface friction performance were also introduced.Taking the required performance of the cylinder after remanufacturing as the research object,the normal working performance indexes of the cylinder,such as the surface hardness,friction coefficient and friction force,wear resistance and surface lubrication,were changed,and the application characteristics of the corresponding heat treatment mode of the cylinder surface were analyzed.Finally,combined with the working characteristics of the cylinder block of the aviation piston engine and the corresponding surface friction performance requirements,the composite remanufacturing method and spraying material combination of the cylinder block with a variety of surface treatment technologies were proposed to extend the actual working life of the cylinder block of the aviation piston engine and its reliable operation was ensured.
