病人话语权削弱的历史审视与提升对策——基于构建医患命运共同体的目标

摘　　要：在对病人话语权削弱进行历史审视时,疾病观的演变、医学的科学技术化进程、医师的职业化发展以及医疗空间的转移等是几个重要因素。病人话语权的削弱背离了医学的初衷,不利于医患沟通与医患命运共同体建设。现代医疗实践的发展日益凸显出病人话语权的价值。从医疗卫生制度与体制机制建设、医院管理改革、医师与病人等多层面,提出提升病人话语权的综合施治对策。In the historical review of the weakening of the discourse power of patients,there are several important factors,including the evolution of disease concept,the scientific and technological process of medicine,the professional development of doctors and the transfer of medical space.The weakening of patients’discourse power deviates from the original intention of medicine,which is not conducive to doctor-patient communication and the construction of a destiny community of doctor-patient.The development of modern medical practice increasingly highlights the value of the discourse power of patients.The paper put forward a series of countermeasures to enhance the discourse power of patients,such as the institutional and mechanism construction of the medical and health system,hospital management reform,doctors and patients,and so on.
