互联网公益众筹过程中医生行为的伦理探析

摘　　要：在“互联网+”背景下,互联网公益众筹作为大病保险的一种社会互助模式应运而生。近年来网络筹款平台发展迅速,同时也引发了许多新的法律和伦理问题。通过分析医生在互联网公益众筹流程中的作用,剖析其可能面临的法律及伦理问题,进而提出在互联网公益众筹中医生行为的伦理讨论及解决对策,包括国家舆论引导、机构行政监督、个人的法律意识的建立等措施,旨在规范公益众筹的流程,促进其良性发展,更好地服务于社会。In the context of“Internet+”,Internet public welfare crowd-funding,as a social mutual assistance model for serious illness insurance,emerges at the right moment.In recent years,the network fund-raising platform has developed rapidly,but also caused discussion of many new legal and ethical issues.By analyzing the role of doctors in the Internet public welfare crowdfunding process,and exploring the law and ethical problems that doctors may face,this paper put forward the ethical discussion and solution of doctors’behavior in Internet public welfare crowdfunding,including the national public opinion guidance,administrative supervision and the establishment of the legal consciousness of the individual,aiming at regulating the process of public welfare crowdfunding,promoting its benign development and better serving the society.
