美托洛尔联合心脉隆治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究美托洛尔联合心脉隆注射液对慢性心衰患者的治疗效果。方法选择60例慢性心衰患者,随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),两组均行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组给予美托洛尔联合心脉隆注射液治疗,疗程15d。对比两组治疗前、治疗15d后心功能指标[左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及超敏肌钙蛋白(c TnI)水平。结果治疗15d后,两组LVEF均较治疗前提高,LVEDD均较治疗前下降,且观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗15d后,两组cTnI、NT-proBNP水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合心脉隆注射液用于慢性心衰患者的疗效较好,可以有效提高患者心功能,促进心肌恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Metoprolol combined with Xinmailong injection in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30),both groups were given routine treatment,on this basis,the control group was received Metoprolol treatment,the observation group was given Metoprolol combined with Xinmailong injection,the course was lasted for 15 days.The levels of cardiac function indexes(LVEDD,LVEF),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and high-sensitivity troponin(cTnI)levels before and 15 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 15 days of treatment,the LVEF of both groups increased compared with that before treatment,while LVEDD decreased compared with before treatment.The LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the LVEDD was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 15 days of treatment,the levels of c TnI and NT-proBNP in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Xinmailong injection has a good effect on patients with chronic heart failure,which can effectively improve the heart function of patients and promote the recovery of myocardium.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
