摘　　要：针对老年人及残障人士洗浴困难的问题,研发了基于民用水驱动的残障人士折叠洗浴床。采用自来水压驱动、六杆机构、床板可拆卸的设计,大大简化了装置结构并减少洗浴床占地空间,根据人机工程学相关知识设计该洗浴床的各部分尺寸,保证该洗浴床的舒适性和安全性。针对装置的工作原理进行分析,并根据相关理论对某些常用的主要原件进行SolidWorks-simulation有限元静态荷载分析,分析结果显示,一般的零部件在工作中的最大承重小于设计的合理承重;并且经过1∶1模型制作,现场检验证实了该洗浴床在实际使用中的可行性。The folding bath bed for the disability based on the civil water driving is mainly aimed at the problem of the elderly and the disability.It adopts the design of pure water force driving,six-bar mechanism and removable bed board,which greatly simplifies the device structure and reduces the space occupied by the bath bed.According to the ergonomics knowledge,the sizes of each part of the bath bed are designed to ensure the comfort and safety of the bath bed.The working principle of the device is analyzed,and the static load analysis of SolidWorks-Simulation finite element is carried out for some common main parts according to relevant theories.The analysis results show that the maximum bearing load of general parts in work is less than the reasonable bearing load of design.After 1:1 model making,the feasibility of the bath bed in the actual use is verified on site.
